Topping Ingredients:
50g butter, 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1 cup rolled oats
Using fingertips, rub the butter and flour together until it resembles course breadcrumbs. Mix in sugar and oats.
Berry Filling Ingredients:
500g frozen berries, 1tsp vanilla essence, 2 tbs brown sugar
Combine the berries, vanilla and sugar in a bowl.
Spoon the berry mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle crumble topping over berries.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees C until golden brown.
Serve with ice-cream, cream or custard.
